At SiteSpeak, a product of buildmatic.ai operated by 7th Pillar Infotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your redesigned website. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Our Promise: We provide a free preview of your redesigned website before you pay. This allows you to see exactly what you're getting before making any financial commitment.
1. Free Preview - No Risk
When you submit your website for redesign:
- You receive a complete preview of your new website within 24 hours
- The preview is 100% free with no obligation to purchase
- You can review the design, functionality, and all features
- If you're not interested, simply don't proceed - no payment required
2. Before Payment
Prior to making payment, you have full opportunity to:
- Review your redesigned website preview
- Request modifications or adjustments
- Ask questions about the final deliverables
- Decide whether to proceed without any financial obligation
No refunds are needed for the preview stage because no payment is collected.
3. After Payment - Before Delivery
Once you approve and pay for your website, you may request a refund before the final files are delivered if:
- We fail to deliver within the agreed timeline without prior communication
- There are significant issues during the development process that cannot be resolved
- You cancel the project before receiving the final deliverables
Important: Refund requests must be made before the website files and voice agent are handed over to you.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available once:
- The website files have been delivered to you
- The voice agent has been handed over to you
- You have received access to the final deliverables
Additionally, refunds are not available when:
- You simply changed your mind after approving the preview
- The delivered website matches the approved preview
- You've deployed the website to your production environment
- Third-party costs have been incurred (domain registration, hosting, etc.)
- Custom development work has been completed per your specifications
Final Deliverables Policy: Once we provide you with the website files, voice agent configuration, and all deliverables, the transaction is considered complete and final. No refunds will be issued after delivery, as you have already reviewed and approved the preview before payment.
5. Voice AI Add-On
For the Voice AI package ($2,000):
- The same refund policy applies - refunds are only available before delivery
- Once the voice agent is configured and handed over to you, no refunds will be issued
- Voice AI training and customization time is non-refundable once completed
6. Revision vs. Refund
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:
- Communicate your concerns with our team
- Allow us to make revisions to address any issues
- One round of revisions is included with all packages
We're confident we can address most concerns through revision rather than refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@buildmatic.ai with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order details and the reason for your request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Processed within 5-10 business days
- Issued to the original payment method
- Subject to any applicable payment processor fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30)
9. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied:
- Request escalation to our management team
- Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
- We commit to fair resolution of all disputes
