1. Services Description

SiteSpeak provides AI-powered website redesign services and optional AI voice assistant integration. Our services include:

• Website redesign based on your existing website content
• Mobile-responsive design implementation
• SEO optimization
• Optional AI voice assistant integration for customer support

2. Service Process

When you submit your website URL and email address:

• We analyze your existing website content
• Our AI generates a redesigned preview within 24 hours
• You receive an email with a link to review the preview
• No payment is required until you approve the design

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward:

• Website Only: $500 one-time payment
• Website + Voice AI: $2,000 one-time payment

Payment is due upon approval of your redesigned website. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You retain ownership of all original content from your existing website
• You receive full rights to the redesigned website
• You may modify, distribute, or transfer the delivered website

SiteSpeak retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Have the right to use all content on your existing website
• Review and provide feedback on designs in a timely manner
• Make payment upon approval of the final design

6. Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction:

• One round of revisions is included with your purchase
• Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges
• Major structural changes after approval may require a new quote

7. Delivery and Timeline

We aim to deliver:

• Initial preview within 24 hours of submission
• Final website within 5 business days of payment
• Voice AI integration within 7 business days of payment

Timelines may vary based on project complexity and revision requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteSpeak provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• Specific business outcomes or results
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Compatibility with all hosting providers

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• Before payment: No charges incurred for preview services
• After payment: Subject to our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms
